For our camps and clinics, please refer to specific refund policy during the registration process.
Refund Policy
For our club members, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances once you are registered. Please refer to your financial contract. We want to make sure you understand that TSF Academy is a non-refundable sports program. There are no exceptions to this policy.
TSF Academy does offer a ‘Registration Protection Plan’ to all players for the upcoming season. For a one-time fee of $150.00 you will be entitled to submit a claim for a pro-rated refund.
How it works:
- Pay a one-time fee of $150.00
- Registration Protection offers an alternative solution to the standard no refund policy by providing reimbursement for unused registration fees if a participant is forced to withdraw from the club for a covered reason.
- The covered amount is the registration fee less $500 deductible.
- The refund is based on a pro-rate system.
PROTECTION PLAN COVERS:
- Pre-Season voluntary cancellation (registration before September 1, 2025)
- Season Ending Injury
- Season Ending Sickness
- Job Relocation
*NOT COVERED
- Voluntary registration cancellation after September 1, 2025.
- Payment plan fees
- Finance charges
- Travel costs
- Uniform
- If you have a past due balance over 45 days no refunds will be approved.
- Removal from program due to code of conduct violations
If you choose to decline the Protection Plan option please understand that you will not be entitled to any refund regardless of the situation.
