MAXIMIZE YOUR SKILLS

Our goalkeeping training is designed to provide goalkeepers with the skills, knowledge, and experience necessary to excel at their position. Through a combination of technical drills, tactical exercises, mental preparation and match simulations.

We place focus on following target areas such as footwork, distribution, ball handling, shot-stopping, decision-making, crossing, tactical positioning and so much more.

TElite Development Training Camp

  • 1:6 Ratio: One coach per six goalkeepers

Our Elite Development Training Camp is 3 hours of high-intensity goalkeeper training. This is structured within our 4-day training period. The goalkeepers will spend 12 hours total on the field. Our Modern Goalkeeper Training Systems Curriculum focuses on all aspects of goalkeeping.

Our training breakdown within the 3 hours will look like this…

  • Warm Up/Street Soccer
  • Speed & Agility (Goalkeeping Specific)
  • Feet & Distribution
  • Technical using hands and feet (teaching that session’s topic)
  • Live (teaching that topic in a live, game-like situation)

HUB Goalkeeper Training Description

This specialized program provides goalkeepers with the technical and tactical tools needed to excel between the sticks. Training covers the core pillars of the position: shot-stopping, handling, footwork, and distribution. Through match simulations and focused drills, keepers improve their decision-making and positioning to become a commanding presence on the field. The class is for players who have at least one season of travel soccer experience.
